Can a user suggest a category when submitting a listing?

Yes.

Does Directories Pro provide a REST API?

No, but since listings/reviews are custom post types and categories/locations/tags are custom taxonomies, they support WP’s core REST API.

Does Directories Pro work with popular caching plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Rocket, or WP Super Cache?

Yes

Is there a list of websites using Directories Pro?

Not currently.

Is it possible to include the listing submission in a notification email?

Yes, using the [drts_entity] shortcode. See documentation.

What about if I want to order by specific rating criteria?

This is not possible but planned for a future version.

Can one create a top list of a specific type of listing?

Yes. Create a new view, select only “Review Rating” option under “Sort Settings” –> “Sort Options” and use the resulting shortcode on a page to display.

Can one have a screenshot of the listing website?

This is planned for 1.2.x.

Will Directories Pro run smoothly with Divi?

Yes.

Regarding above question, this results in showing both the markers and the listings. Is it possible to show the increased number of markers without also displaying the listings?

Not currently. Probable inclusion in 1.2.x.
